Job overview:
As a Product Manager, you will support the Brand Manager in shaping the future of the most iconic lollipop brand in the world.
Your core responsibilities at a glance:
- Help drive business results for the full P&L managed by the Brand Manager.
- Collaborate on brand strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets, ensuring all consumer touchpoints reinforce brand equity.
- Analyze Nielsen, SAP, and competitive data to assess brand performance, monitor market share, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop product and communication strategies based on consumer insights, supporting promotional initiatives and brand activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing plans, including product development tools.
- Contribute to forecasting of new product launches and promotions.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively.

The ideal recipe for our new Product Manager:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Economics, ADE or similar). Master's in Marketing / MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a functional Marketing role within FMCG; experience in the food sector and close collaboration with sales teams (traditional & modern trade) is a strong plus.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using Nielsen, SAP, or other market analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing market trends.
