We're now looking for a Head of Design to build and lead the design function for this exciting new project.

You'll own the end-to-end visual identity, ensuring all product, marketing, and brand experiences are engaging, consistent, and aligned with our strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the look and feel of a fast-growing product while building a design culture and team that thrives on speed, innovation, and user impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Building & Leadership:

  • Hire, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (UI, UX, motion, and brand)

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance design culture

  • Design Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and evolve the visual identity of the sweepstakes casino brand

  • Lead all UI/UX design efforts across web and mobile platforms

  • User Experience & Interface Design:

  • Create intuitive, engaging user journeys to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion

  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devices

  • Collaboration & Delivery:

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering to deliver cohesive, high-impact design

  • Support fast iterations while maintaining design quality in a start-up environment

  • Brand & Marketing:

  • Oversee creative for campaigns, landing pages, and social/digital assets

  • Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints

  • Tools & Process:

  • Define design systems, processes, and tools to enable scale and efficiency

  • Performance & Reporting:

  • Use data and player feedback to inform design decisions and improve outcomes

  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Present design vision and progress to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements
  • 5+ years of design experience, including 2+ years in a design leadership role
  • Proven experience in gaming, iGaming, entertainment, or a consumer digital product
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, UX, and branding skills
  • Deep understanding of design systems, user-centered design, and responsive design
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling design teams
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, tech, and marketing teams
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, start-up environments with shifting priorities
  • Understanding of the sweepstakes or regulated gaming market is a plus
