We are looking for a
CPA Electric Motor Project Manager
to join our international projects.


What Will You Do?

  • Plan and manage key activities for electric motor projects, ensuring deadlines are met through supplier coordination and validation plans.
  • Establish electrical/electronic requirements files, define algorithms for battery/motor control, and oversee component obsolescence management.
  • Supervise industrialization of electric propulsion systems, propose process improvements, and report progress to CPA leadership in RAP/HIPC meetings.
  • Conduct technical arbitration across mechanical/electronic teams for worldwide hybrid applications.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering + Master's/PhD in electronics, batteries, or automation preferred.
  • 5+ years in automotive, specifically electric motors/BMS development, tuning, and validation.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, INCA) and electric energy storage systems.
  • Languages: English C1 mandatory;
    French B2/C1 desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, client orientation, stress resistance.
