Field Sales Representative

El puesto reportará al country manager Iberia y será responsable de la división de mobiliario de baño del grupo Billeroy & Boch en las Islas Baleares.
Responsabilidad
- Conseguir o superar el objetivo de ventas en su territorio (Islas Baleares)
- Utilizar estrategias y recursos innovadores para conseguir acceso a clientes difíciles de visitar y mejorar los resultados.
- Diferenciar la propuesta de valor de V&B Group ante todos los proveedores asignados y resolver eficazmente sus objeciones o dudas.
- Esforzarse continuamente para obtener información sobre el mercado: identificación de las necesidades de los clientes, expectativas y retos.
- Intercambiar buenas prácticas con el resto del equipo, para favorecer el éxito de nuestro negocio.
Requisitos mínimos
- Experiencia mínima de 1-3 años como Delegado de Ventas.
- Imprescindible perfil muy comercial, con la capacidad de interactuar de forma independiente con los clientes de la zona.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y visión para los negocios
- Se valorará positivamente licenciatura en economía o similar y un buen nivel de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a todas las Islas Baleares, ocasionalmente a Barcelona.
