Job Description

AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a Finance Specialist (Reporting) to join our team in Madrid.

Here is what you will do:

  • Supports the Finance team in the Month End Closing process.
  • Manages project setups, maintenance, and invoicing.
  • Responsible for performing analyses, presentations and reports for department management under direct supervision.
  • Produces regularly scheduled reports from multiple data sources. May be assigned analysis in support of organization's annual budget process, expense/service fee/staffing forecasts, or statistical reporting.
  • Creates and monitor the workflow of Purchase Orders and supplier invoices.

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Intermediate English Level.
  • Is able to analyze and present data for purpose of evaluation. Assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results.
  • Demonstrates the ability to organize, process, and present information, requiring good communication skills.
  • Experience in accounting will be positively valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ADE, Finance or similar university degrees.
