buscamos incorporar un/a Technical Service Team Leader para el Departamento de Servicio Técnico en su central de Rubí, cuya misión será liderar, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo técnico responsable del mantenimiento, instalación y soporte de equipos de electromedicina, garantizando la excelencia operativa, el cumplimiento normativo y la satisfacción del cliente en todo el territorio nacional.
Funciones
- Gestión operativa del equipo técnico. Planificación, asignación eficiente de recursos y supervisión de las actividades.
- Liderazgo y desarrollo del equipo. Fomentar un entorno colaborativo y de máxima calidad.
- Formación y transferencia de conocimiento. Identificar necesidades formativas, impartir formación técnica.
- Colaboración transversal. Trabajar estrechamente con divisiones comerciales, IT, clínicas, hospitales y otros departamentos para garantizar una atención integral al cliente.
- Representación institucional. Participar en reuniones internas, encuentros con clientes, auditorías, formaciones y workshops, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
- Planificación de inversiones. Participar en la definición de necesidades de herramientas, instalaciones y equipos de comprobación.
Requerimientos
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Técnica, Industrial o Biomédica.
- Formación complementaria en gestión de equipos o dirección de operaciones.
- Experiencia en servicios técnicos, preferentemente en el sector de electromedicina (diálisis, infusión, plantas de agua...). Alta capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación, resolución de conflictos y orientación a resultados.
- Experiencia demostrable liderando equipos técnicos internos y externos.
- Conocimiento avanzado de plataformas de gestión como SAP, Service Max y herramientas de análisis de datos. (valorable)
- Dominio de herramientas digitales para planificación, seguimiento y reporting.
- Inglés avanzado (uso profesional en entornos internacionales).
- Capacidad analítica, visión estratégica y enfoque en mejora continua.
- Disponibilidad para viajar al menos un 50% del tiempo.
- Residencia en Barcelona o alrededores.
