Manufacturing Engineer
to our team, based in Madrid.

About the Role

  • Product Manufacturing Engineering
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts and tools
  • Develop and follow-up project & task plannings and corresponding action plans
  • Standardize production concepts and methods in different locations
  • SAP data management (materials, routings, BOMs, etc)
  • Determining standard times in the productions stages
  • Designing tools and jigs
  • Production Change Management
  • Develop and prepare manufacturing instructions
  • Support of Production Lines
  • Lay-outs and material flow definition
  • New installations and equipment definition, acquisition and star up
  • Familiar with Policies and Regulations regarding Health&Safety, Environment and Quality

Requiremen
t

  • Academic or professional education in industrial engineering or similar
  • +3 years experience in working with industrial/production environment and processes
  • Experience in designing with 2D/3D CAD software
  • Experience with Windchill PLM
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing methods and Continuous Improvements
  • Know-how about production processes and equipment (lay-outs, tools, material flow, etc)
  • Knowledge in SAP (production module)
  • Knowledge in Quality tools (FMEA, POKA-YOKE, etc)
  • English (Intermediate - Advanced)
  • Availability to travel
  • Desired: AI knowledge
