Je voert geplande videogesprekken, volgt vragen op via e-mail, verzamelt informatie en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant een efficiënte en probleemloze onboarding ervaart.
Je taken omvatten advies op maat, het identificeren van groeimogelijkheden, het rapporteren van terugkerende casussen en het samenwerken met interne teams om kwaliteitsnormen te handhaven. Je fungeert als betrouwbare gids die klanten ondersteunt bij hun digitale traject, waarbij je technische processen omzet in duidelijke, praktische uitleg.
Het werk gebeurt binnen een internationaal team waarin diversiteit, samenwerking en open communicatie centraal staan. De remote werkwijze biedt flexibiliteit, terwijl coaching en training je blijven ondersteunen in jouw professionele ontwikkeling.
