How you will CELLebrate
As a part of the operations department, you will take care of all production-related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing, and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories.
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Monitoring the status of the assigned production section in the Assembly | Electrode production in terms of quality in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Coordinating and leading through data-driven problem solving and trend analysis in identifying causes and measures to avoid customer complaints, rejects, pseudo-defects, and rework.
- Support in the development and industrialization of analytical methods.
- Professional management and training of employees in sample preparation and standardized analyses.
- Advise and coordinate other engineers in the section of Assembly | Electrode production.
- Initiation and control of blockages for semi-finished goods and finished goods.
- Implementation of Quality workshops to close the operations quality tasks.
- Implementation of Management reports for reporting purposes.
- Increase of maturity level of process quality.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Solid knowledge of the Battery Cell Production Process at least 3 years.
- Familiarity with analytical quality skills like Six Sigma, Ishikawa, FMEA.
- Good industrial production knowledge, good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
