Buscamos incorporar un/a Data Scientist / Backend Developer con experiencia en desarrollo backend, procesamiento de datos, y especialización en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial como LLMs (Large Language Models) para nuestras oficinas en Barcelona (Av. Diagonal 575 - Edificio CC L'ILLA DIAGONAL) – híbrido.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar y desarrollar modelos de datos y algoritmos optimizados para proyectos de inteligencia artificial, incluyendo LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) y frameworks de orquestacion como LangChain y LangGraph.
- Desarrollar, mantener y documentar APIs internas para servicios de inteligencia artificial y procesamiento de datos.
- Gestionar la integración de sistemas como WhatsApp Business, Salesforce y Genesys en proyectos como chatbots y plataformas de análisis.
- Implementar soluciones de automatización para reportes, generación de textos legales y análisis de datos complejos.
- Configurar y optimizar bases de datos SQL, asegurando su integración con aplicaciones y flujos de trabajo.
- Planificar y ejecutar pruebas unitarias para garantizar la calidad y estabilidad de los desarrollos.
- Gestionar entornos de desarrollo utilizando Docker y GitLab, con despliegue automatizado en Jenkins.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para identificar oportunidades de mejora a través de soluciones basadas en datos.
Participar en proyectos de procesamiento de voz y audio, incluyendo transcripcion automatica (STT) y sintesis de voz (TTS).
Colaborar en la monitorizacion y observabilidad de sistemas mediante Grafana, Prometheus y Loki.
Requisitos:
Formación Académica:
Grado en Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería Informática o áreas relacionadas.
Habilidades técnicas:
- Desarrollo Backend: Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, LangChain, Pydantic), integracion de APIs REST y WebSockets, diseno orientado a objetos y principios SOLID.
- Gestión de Datos: Bases de datos SQL (SQL Server, MySQL) y Redis.
- Automatización: Experiencia en herramientas de integración continua como Jenkins.
- Despliegue: Docker, Portainer, configuraciones de entornos hibridos (desarrollo/produccion). Se valorara experiencia con Kubernetes.
- Inteligencia Artificial: Experiencia con LLMs (OpenAI API, Gemini), frameworks de orquestacion (LangChain, LangGraph) y herramientas de observabilidad (LangSmith). Se valorara conocimiento en procesamiento de audio (Whisper, ElevenLabs).
- Git y Control de Versiones: Trabajo colaborativo en repositorios GitLab.
