About the Role

We're looking for a Community Manager Intern to join our growing team.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with on-site visits to clients' offices for filming or content creation.

You'll work across multiple brands and projects, managing social media accounts for different clients, each with their own style, audience, and strategy. This is a very creative, hands-on role where you'll be developing content, running campaigns, and learning how to manage online communities that actually convert and grow.

What You'll Do:


• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients (Instagram, TikTok,etc.).


• Create and adapt content, from brainstorming to publishing (photos, videos, captions, AI-generated assets).


• Execute and monitor marketing plans for each client.


• Assist in filming sessions and content shoots when needed.


• Study performance data and constantly optimize content for better engagement.


• Learn how to work with tools like Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing platforms.


• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure consistent communication across all brands.

What We're Looking For:


• Someone creative, proactive, and organized who loves social media.


• Interest or basic experience in social media management and digital marketing.


• Understanding (or willingness to learn) Meta Ads and content optimization.


• Comfortable managing several projects and adapting to different brand voices.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Fluency in Spanish.


• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
