We are seeking a highly motivated
Analytics Engineer
to join our data & insights platform team in Barcelona (hybrid).

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and analysts to create
    self-serve insight products
    that are fast, accurate, and scalable at
    petabyte level
    .
  • Work across the entire
    data product lifecycle
    :
  • Designing tracking plans
  • Developing data models
  • Building ELT pipelines
  • Creating Looker dashboards and explores
  • Act as a
    data quality steward
    , ensuring metrics are consistently defined and reported across all data products.
  • Work with
    modern data stack technologies
    such as BigQuery, dbt, and Looker.
  • Apply machine-learning tools (e.g.,
    BQML
    ) to predict user or player behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with product and game teams to understand their needs and improve their daily workflows.
  • Specialize in certain areas of the data lifecycle while contributing across the full stack when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who
    loves solving complex problems
    and analytical puzzles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into
    technical analytics solutions
    .
  • Experience with the
    modern data stack
    , ideally including:
  • BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Airflow, GitHub, CLI workflows
    .
  • Excellent SQL skills and
    3+ years
    in a similar Analytics Engineer / Data Engineer / BI Engineer role.
  • Deep understanding of
    data modeling
    (Kimball, star schemas, dimensional modeling).
  • A balance of
    technical excellence and business context awareness
    .
  • Strong collaborator, comfortable in
    high-functioning, cross-functional teams
    .
  • Enjoy working in
    rapidly evolving, high-growth environments
    .
