is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring.

The Dynatrace Tech Lead manages the Dynatrace platform, leading a team of dedicated resources in different countries, and collaborating with counterparts from multiple AXA entit

ies.They ensure that all monitoring requirements are met and contribute to answering observability needs, fulfilling Quality of Service requirements in various AXA GO and Opcos business areas (Cloud ecosystem, Identity, Integration solutions, CyberDefense, Corporate functions, Opco business applications) with different project sizes (30 to 100 man-days) within an annual budget around 1M€ (including licenses, professional services, and fixed pric

es).

Additionally, they contribute to increasing the maturity of GO and Opcos in terms of observability and quality of service measurement, through delivering expertise to transformation programs such as Harmony Pillar 5 (Monitoring automation and event management) or Atlas (move to cloud). Finally, they define the roadmap of the Dynatrace platform in line with the vision of the product and the priorities of AX
