Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated intern with a strong interest in The Agency brand and a genuine desire to grow within the real estate industry. This role supports marketing, research, and transaction processes across the Barcelona office. This is an unpaid minimum of 3 month opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct research for active transactions, supporting project requirements to help move deals forward

* Perform contact and product research, building high-quality databases and market insights

* Assist with data analytics, performance metrics, and reporting

* Support marketing tasks related to listings, outreach, content, and internal projects

* Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations team on day-to-day needs

What We're Looking For

* A strong desire to work within The Agency and pursue a future in real estate

* Background in data analytics, statistics, or research-heavy academic work

* Strong organizational and analytical skills

* Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment

* Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn

* Must be able to work effectively in a bilingual environment
