ABOUT THE JOB

As an office, we are not afraid to ask for excellence, not just from ourselves, but also from our collaborators, suppliers, and clients. To ensure every detail is perfectly executed when we turn ideas into reality, we are currently looking for a Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in planning, organizing, and implementing projects. You will be involved in exciting challenges, and you will help define MESURA's future through your work.

As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Prepare, coordinate, and conduct project meetings
  • Create and maintain the agenda and the meeting minutes
  • Update weekly and monthly project status reports
  • Help develop and maintain project schedule, project budget and risk register
  • Prepare and Maintain the Project Management Plan
  • Review design documents and coordinate design reviews with various stakeholders
  • Support client with their procurement activities
  • Review contractors and collaborators change orders for entitlement
  • Review of baseline and progress schedules, time impact analysis, recommend negotiation strategies

ABOUT YOU

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Master of Gantt chart software, Primavera P6 or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working on international projects
  • Flexibility in rapidly changing environments
  • Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of an effective team
  • Proficiency in English. Spanish is an advantage.
