BI & UX Analyst
with strong expertise in
Power BI
and a user-centered mindset to work closely with data, stakeholders, and business teams on analytics and reporting solutions that truly drive decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply with data while caring about usability, storytelling, and visual clarity.


What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using
    Power BI
  • Work closely with large and complex datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and data models
  • Apply
    UX principles
    to data visualization (clarity, hierarchy, accessibility, storytelling)
  • Optimize data models using
    DAX
    , Power Query, and best practices in BI performance
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation of reports and models


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in
    Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
    roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Power BI
    (data modeling, DAX, visualization)
  • Solid experience working directly with data (SQL, transformations, validation)
  • Strong understanding of
    UX/UI principles applied to dashboards and reporting
  • Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
  • Professional proficiency in
    Spanish
    and at least B2
    English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
  • Knowledge of data warehouses or cloud data platforms
  • Experience working in consulting or data-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with accessibility and data visualization standards
