Full Stack Engineer – Health Tech Startup (Barcelona)

We're collaborating with a
fast-growing, profitable health tech startup
looking for a
Full Stack Engineer
to join their Barcelona team. This role offers
real ownership
, the chance to ship end-to-end features, and grow with a talented team.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs with
    and Adonis
    .
  • Manage
    MySQL
    databases and optimize performance and data integrity.
  • Deploy and monitor services using
    Docker, PM2, and AWS
    .
  • Explore and integrate advanced
    AI capabilities
    , including LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and best practices across backend services.
  • Contribute to product decisions with a strong product mindset.
  • Work collaboratively using Agile practices, documentation, testing, and CI/CD.

Who we're looking for:

  • Based in
    Barcelona
    , self-motivated, and driven to make an impact.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of backend experience
    , ideally in a scaleup environment.
  • Skilled in
    , Adonis, MySQL, Docker, AWS, and PM2
    (Python is a plus).
  • Fluent in
    English
    (Spanish is a plus).
  • Product-oriented, curious, solution-driven, and proactive.
  • Team player able to collaborate with senior engineers and leadership.
