The company has continually improved and evolved its capabilities to offer a single-source solution through establishing the broadest range of services in the industry including fund services, digital onboarding and bank accounts, depositary, custody and super Manco services, business services including HR and Payroll and a pioneering ESG Ratings and Advisory service for private companies.Role summary:The role is part of the Apex Corporate Solutions team reports to the Head of Operations Corporate Solutions based in Madrid (Spain).You will work closely with a team of experienced and dynamic professionals who provide premium corporate secretarial services to clients worldwide. This role will suit engaged, client-focused individuals who want to further their career (or realise their potential) in a challenging and rewarding work environment.Key responsibilities: 
  • Overall supervision of the designated portfolio of clients ensuring that all client queries and requests are processed and completed in a timely manner, efficiently and qualitatively.
  • Pick-up, assign and process (draft), legal documents.
  • Deal with local providers such as Notary' s officers, tax authorities, register's officers and review the relevant drafts prepared by such providers.
  • Process and review of legal documents such as Mercantile Registry certificates, public deeds and/or agreements when the transfer in of a company to analyse current situation of the company, possible issues that have not been resolved yet and prepare a corporate file.
  • Maintain and develop multiple business relations with clients, other Apex offices and third parties.
  • Follow changes in law in Spain which may impact service delivery and ensure that international and/or industry specific legal requirements are met.
Skills / experience: 
  • University degree in law.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in Legal field (Corporate Law).
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential: C1 English a must; advanced use of English, written and spoken.
  • Compliance experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent work attitude, quick and willing learner.
  • Ability to take initiative; eagerness to pay attention to detail and going the extra mile in all aspects of the role.
  • Commercial, dynamic attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Able to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset.
