Para grupo líder en la fabricación de productos de Gran Consumo, incorporamos para la división de internacional un/a Senior Brand Manager.

Reportando a la Dirección de Marketing, gestionará una de las principales marcas de la compañía y será clave en la definición de la estrategia de marca, siendo el/la responsable de la implementación de ésta y del desarrollo de la innovación, con estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales y en relación directa con las filiales.

FUNCIONES

  • Definir la visión, misión, objetivos y estrategias de la marca.
  • Desarrollo e implementación de las estrategias de marketing para incrementar las ventas y la rentabilidad de marca y lograr los objetivos establecidos por la empresa.
  • Traducir estrategias de marca en planes de marca, posicionamiento de marca y estrategias de lanzamiento al mercado.
  • Monitorizar a los competidores mundiales y las tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades, tendencias de consumo, insights de consumidor y problemas claves a solventar.
  • Creación del funnel de innovación de la marca, liderando así los nuevos proyectos ya sea a través de lanzar nuevos productos o desarrollar mejoras del producto existente.
  • Gestión de todas las activaciones de marketing, incluidos spots, planes de medios por país, PLV, promociones, online marketing y acciones de below the line para mejorar el reconocimiento de marca.
  • Alinear las filiales para el cumplimiento de las directrices globales de la marca desarrollando manuales de best practices para asegurar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Supervisar las actividades de marketing y publicidad para garantizar la coherencia con la estrategia de la línea de productos.
  • Coordinar planes de medios y creatividades de marca localmente.
  • Liderar el plan anual de Trade Materials: materiales a trabajar, cotización con proveedores, ejecución y seguimiento.
  • Liderar la negociación del seguimiento anual del panel de consumidores por país (Nielsen / IRI, Kantar).
  • Preparar y presentar las Brand Reviews a los Directores Generales de las filiales.

REQUISITOS

  • Grado en ADE o Marketing y/o similar. Valorable máster.
  • Idiomas: Inglés alto, valorable francés.
  • Capacidades de comunicación, gestión y liderazgo de equipo.
  • Orientación a resultados, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, capacidad de iniciativa y creatividad.
  • Experiencia relevante en FMCG ocupando posiciones de liderazgo en el área de Marketing con impacto internacional.
