About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong MLOps expertise to join our Machine Learning Engineering team. In this high-impact role, you'll design, build, and maintain ML infrastructure, streamline model deployment, and collaborate with data scientists to bring ML models into production.

The main missions
Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure for training and deployment.
Build and maintain efficient data pipelines for large-scale processing.
Optimize compute resources and improve model serving performance.
Implement monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems.
Work closely with data scientists to streamline model development-to-production workflows.
Required
6+ years of experience in Software, Data, or ML Engineering.
Strong Java skills (Python desirable).
Experience with AWS, containerization (Docker), and distributed data systems (Spark, Kafka).
Understanding of ML model serving technologies and MLOps best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
