We are looking for a bright mind to help us move forward in giving best support as a System Controller who will work in a global environment joining our multicultural team which provides first and second level support to our Business Unit applications.
What You Will Do
- Provide 1st level support (monitoring, triage, software deployment, etc.)
- Provide 2nd level support (application troubleshooting)
- Implement automation for specific tasks and processes
- Interact with IT application and Business teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor Degree or Higher Education Certificate in Information Technology or similar
- Advanced OS knowledge (linux and windows)
- Containerized application management (OCP/K8S)
- DevOps practices and tools understanding will be valuable
- Automation experience (Ansible, CI/CD, etc.) will also be positively considered
- Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including morning to afternoon shifts
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
