Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an IC Layout Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to contribute to IC layout activities from block implementation to tape-out. The role requires solid knowledge of IC layout fundamentals, growing technical ownership, and the ability to deliver high-quality layout under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform area estimation, floorplanning, placement and routing of block and macro level of analog circuits.
  • Apply IC layout fundamentals to ensure quality, robustness, and manufacturability
  • Conduct layout verifications (DRC/LVS/ERC/ANT/ESD/DFM)
  • Track progress on assigned tasks and communicate status and risks
  • Collaborate with sr layout engineers and design teams to resolve layout issues
  • Support integration and tape-out activities as required
  • Participate in layout reviews and provide input on design improvements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on IC layout experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong understanding of IC layout fundamentals
  • Experience taking layout blocks from floorplanning to top level integration
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with moderate supervision
  • Proficiency with industry-standard IC layout tools
  • Motivated, willing to learn new technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
