Your Role

We are looking to incorporate a professional with a strong technical background, hands‑on experience in the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence models, and a business‑oriented mindset: someone able to understand real‑world problems, propose effective solutions, and support their implementation from end to end.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and operationalize IA/ML and GenAI use cases end‑to‑end.
  • Build and orchestrate data and model pipelines, from prototyping to production environments.
  • Participate in the design of AI architectures together with data engineering, cloud, and business teams.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders: understand needs, take part in workshops, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and communicate results clearly.
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and internal assets (frameworks, templates, utilities, etc.).
  • Participate in ideation and use‑case prioritization activities, supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or GenAI projects.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of cloud services focused on AI/ML (such as training platforms, model deployment, storage, and orchestration services).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar).
  • Experience working with language model / GenAI APIs (in‑house or third‑party) and developing POCs or end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders: understanding needs, asking the right questions, challenging requirements, and explaining technical alternatives.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and a B2 level of English or higher.
  • Experience in consulting environments or projects with high business interaction.

Nice to have

Experience with more than one cloud provider (AWS + GCP + Azure).

Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, monitoring, model registry, etc.).

Participation in technical communities, publications, or personal projects (GitHub, Kaggle, etc.)
