Role Description

We're getting started with marketing, and we need a visionary to take the lead In this hybrid role, you'll develop and execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy powered by AI automation. This role involves engineering skills to automate marketing tasks, distinct from traditional marketing positions.

Your mission
: build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and position our AI-powered APIs and SDKs as industry leaders. To perform your mission, you will focus automized content creation and lead generation; as well as improving the appeal of our offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an AI-driven marketing strategy.
  • Create and optimize multi-channel campaigns including social media, content creation, SEO and paid advertising.
  • Leverage AI models for automated content creation and growth hacking. You will create agents, and tools.
  • Analyze data to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Identify opportunities through marketing research,
  • Redesign and optimize the website for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to align marketing with business goals.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and or Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or brand strategy.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement.
  • Ability to implement AI-driven automation for marketing campaigns.
  • Basic python knowledge required; the higher your skill the better.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus.

Preferred Skills and attributes

  • You worked with n8n, langchain or similar.
  • Basic image processing skills using libraries like cv2, pillow, ffmpeg and or similar.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or equivalents for visual content creation.
  • Prompt engineering skills
  • High level of creativity and problem-solving ability.
  • Absolute passion for AI and emerging technologies.
