About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing strategy and execution across the Iberia & Italy region. This position plays a critical role in boosting brand awareness, generating demand, and supporting our channel and sales partners across both Home & Business charging solutions and Fast Charging product lines.
You will be responsible for adapting global strategies to the local Iberia & Italy market, developing and executing impactful campaigns, and aligning closely with the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You'll report into the global marketing organization based in Barcelona while being the key marketing lead for the UK&I market.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy Development
- Adapt global marketing strategies and brand guidelines to create locally relevant marketing plans for the markets.
- Develop and refine messaging and positioning for both Home & Business charging and Fast Charging solutions to resonate with local target audiences.
- Drive go-to-market initiatives and product launches in close alignment with regional sales leadership and product marketing.
Demand Generation (Digital Focus)
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads across B2C (home charging) and B2B (business and fast charging) segments.
- Manage and localize online channels including website content, SEO/SEM, regional social media presence, and targeted email marketing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize customer acquisition and ROI.
Channel & Distribution Marketing (MDF)
- Lead the creation and management of Market Development Fund (MDF) programs for channel and distribution partners.
- Support partners in planning and executing co-branded campaigns and events that drive product adoption and market share.
- Ensure efficient tracking and reporting of MDF budget utilization across product categories.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the markets.
- Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Support field and inside sales teams with localized assets, presentations, and lead generation tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in field or regional marketing, ideally in the tech or energy/EV sector.
- Proven success in digital demand generation, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Experience working with channel partners and managing MDF programs.
Strong analytical mindset and experience with marketing analytics tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously within a matrixed organization.
- Spanish & English
- Experience in the EV charging or cleantech industry is a strong plus.
