Job Description

As a Tech Recruiter, you will be instrumental in scaling our Technology department by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering talent, working closely with our hiring managers in the Barcelona and Paris office.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data).
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.
- Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs and define clear selection criteria.
- Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and motivation.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, particularly those aimed at the French tech community.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment techniques in the tech industry.
Your Profile
Experience level - 3+
years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth tech environment.
Full-cycle Tech Recruiting
, Direct Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized platforms),
ATS Management
(Workday is a plus).
Excellent Communication, Results-Oriented, Adaptability.
Fluent French (C1/C2)
and
Professional working proficiency in English (B2+).
Spanish is a plus.
