Place of work: Madrid
Beginning: January – April 2026 (depending on the position)
Duration: 12 months (6 months + 6 months agreement)
Training: You will enroll in 2 training courses from a Business School.
Buddy: You will have a buddy that will support your manager to ensure your get the most of your experience with us.
Scholarship help: 1000€
Advantages: Flexible working, reduced schedule on Fridays and summer reduced schedule
Our application process:
It's a generic recruitment process – you will apply to join Mondelēz and you will be guided to the most suitable position based on your skills.
Application – you will complete a simple online application, submit your CV in English (optional cover letter in English).
Screening - if you meet the basic requirements, we'll invite you to complete an online assessment, in one week from your application date (you have 5 days to complete the assessment); make sure you check both the inbox and spam folders.
Assessment Center - we'll invite you to Madrid offices to solve a business case and role play. You will meet our colleagues who will give you a picture of what a #sweetcareer at Mondelēz looks like.
Final interview – we'll invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.
