HR Manager
who wants to build the people function from scratch in a growing company. Someone with experience in talent management, culture, and HR operations, and a strong desire to keep growing professionally.

Responsibilities
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Hiring:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition to offer closing. - Culture:
Act as a guardian of Orbitant's culture, ensuring it's lived day to day and proposing initiatives to strengthen it. - HR Administration:
Manage documentation, contracts, and all administrative aspects of the people function. - Career path development:
Design and implement career paths that enable professional growth across the team. - Competency development:
Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives. - Office management and onboarding:
Coordinate Madrid office logistics and design memorable onboarding experiences. - Compensation:
Participate in defining and managing compensation and benefits policies. - HR handbook and policies:
Develop and maintain the company handbook and HR policies. - Payroll management:
Coordinate with the external payroll provider and ensure all payroll administration is up to date. - Performance management:
Design and implement feedback systems, 1:1s, and performance reviews. - Team events:
Organize team buildings, offsites, and events that strengthen team cohesion. - People analytics:
Define and track key metrics (turnover, time to hire, eNPS, etc.) to enable data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Communication skills and empathy.
- A desire to learn, teach, and build something from scratch.
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role or similar.
- Experience recruiting technical profiles.
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative.
- Availability to work from Madrid (hybrid model) to attend events, onboardings, and manage the office.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in startups or tech companies.
- Good level of English (for communication with international teams and clients).
- Experience with HR tools and ATS.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
