We are looking for a
Carbon Specialist & ESG Accountability Manager
to join our Corporate ESG team. This global role (mainly UK & Spain) will lead our carbon footprint (Scopes 1–3), support decarbonization and SBTi strategy, deliver LCAs and scenario analysis, and drive ESG reporting (CSRD, ESRS, TCFD, CDP).

What you'll do

• Lead Scope 1–3 carbon accounting & external assurance
• Strengthen GHG Protocol–aligned data processes
• Support decarbonization plans & SBTi target setting
• Conduct LCAs, scenario modelling & KPI tracking
• Lead ESG reporting (CSRD, ESRS, TCFD, TNFD, CDP)
• Improve ESG data systems & automation
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers & retailers

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of carbon accounting, GHG Protocol, emissions modelling & SBTi
• Experience with Scope 1–3 calculations, LCAs & decarbonization strategies
• Familiarity with ESRS, CSRD, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, SBTN & food-sector schemes (CDP, Manufacture 2030)
• Experience with ESG networks, climate stakeholders & Scope 3 collaboration
• Skilled in public ESG reports & assurance processes
• Advanced use of ESG data tools, carbon software & Excel
• Ability to run scenario analysis, build KPIs & develop robust reporting templates
• Strong understanding of ESG internal controls & reporting accuracy
