OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator

As an OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator, you will provide development and third-level support to the client's platform, maintaining the platform and its infrastructure. You will work in an agile team alongside colleagues from Switzerland and Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Platform Owner
  • Address technical issues and internal development requests from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking, and Telecom teams to develop platform stories
  • Write and execute detailed test cases for platform developments
  • Track and report release statuses in coordination with Release Management

Requirements

  • Proven experience of over 3 years as an OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong background in software engineering
  • Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+/C1 level)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Spanish and German languages
