Grifols Engineering SA, part of the Grifols Group and specialized in developing technological solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, is currently seeking to incorporate a Sr Global Planning PM Support.

Main role mission: continuous search for synergies and process standardization to maximize organizational efficiency at the global GE level. Ensure the preparation and updating of management information and project documentation for the Global Engineering group. Monitoring of internal activities to track improvement initiatives.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Monitoring operational and strategic KPIs, as well as action plans of local and global management teams.
  • Analyzing and implementing improvements in management information systems.
  • Identifying and tracking defined Strategic Initiatives.
  • Training and guiding team members in project management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Promoting and leading the design of tools required for effective project management, in coordination with other departments.
  • Verifying the correct allocation of expenses and revenues across different cost objects (WBS) to ensure consistency in reporting information.
  • Centrally coordinating demand from the different Engineering departments to GE Global, in order to assess and schedule the various budget items (Budget) and include them in the system Forecast.
  • Defining standards and guidelines regarding budgeting criteria and required project reporting timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with the budget objectives established by Grifols for projects managed by GE.
  • Coordinating local and global GE teams to unify best practices in project planning, tools, project tracking, and reporting within the project budgeting area.
  • Acting as a facilitator among different GE areas to implement organizational and continuous improvement changes.
  • Representing GE within the Global PMO, managing the link between the project management system (JIRA) and the global corporate tool for corporate reporting.
  • Providing support for intercompany administrative requirements and issue tracking.
  • Supporting the financial and controlling activities of Global Project Support.
  • Supporting the coordination of new Global Engineering offices.

Who you are

  • You posses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Specialized training in the pharmaceutical sector and/or in Project Management will be highly valued.
  • You have experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools and SAP.
  • You have a high level of Englis.
