Fashion Content & Design Internship

Laura Slings is a small Dutch fashion brand based in Ibiza, Spain, specialising in luxury hand-embroidered dresses and bags. Each piece is fully embellished with beads and combines modern design with high-quality craftsmanship and a distinctive feminine aesthetic.

We are looking for a full-time intern to support both the creative and content side of the brand.

About the internship:

As an all-round fashion intern, you will be involved in both design development and brand content:

  • Researching inspiration for upcoming collections
  • Assisting in the development of new designs and technical packs
  • Creating and editing content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Assisting during photo and video shoots
  • Supporting day-to-day creative tasks within a small fashion brand

Internship details:

  • Full-time internship
  • Duration: 3–5 months
  • Start date: February or March 2026
  • Location: Ibiza, Spain (on-site)

Compensation:

  • This is an unpaid internship
  • Only flight costs are reimbursed, up to a maximum of €200
  • No additional travel or accommodation expenses are covered

About you:

  • Willing to relocate to Ibiza or already living on Ibiza
  • In possession of a valid car driving licence
  • Hands-on, proactive and organised
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Premiere Pro is a plus)
  • Creative mindset with a strong interest in fashion and embroidery
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment
