Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?

Coordinar el torn i planificar recursos.

Liderar reunions operatives i comunicar resultats.

Supervisar processos d'injecció i muntatge.

Formar i desenvolupar l'equip.

Impulsar Lean i 5S per millora contínua.

Garantir compliment de Bones Pràctiques, EHS i Qualitat.

Treballar en torns rotatius seguint el calendari 5T per garantir la cobertura i la continuïtat de la producció.

Quins requisits busquem?

Experiència en injecció (mínim 3-5 anys)

Experiència en lideratge: valorada, però no imprescindible. Busquem persones amb potencial per liderar, encara que no hagin tingut un rol formal abans.

Coneixements Lean Six Sigma (punt extra).

Domini avançat de les eines d'Office.

Would you like to be part of Jabil Tortosa's Operations team?

We are looking for someone with energy, a desire to grow, and the ability to coordinate people and processes. If you are passionate about production, quality, and continuous improvement, this is your place Join us as a Shift Supervisor and make a difference.

What will you do on a daily basis?

Coordinate the shift and plan resources.

Lead operational meetings and communicate results.

Supervise injection and assembly processes.

Train and develop the team.

Drive Lean and 5S for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with Good Practices, EHS, and Quality standards.

Work rotating shifts following the 5T schedule to guarantee coverage and production continuity.

What do we expect from you?

Leadership and motivation: Inspire your team, provide clear direction, and keep motivation high.

Ability to prioritize and communicate: Identify what is urgent and communicate it clearly so everyone understands.

Results-oriented: Work with specific goals and ensure they are achieved effectively.

Commitment to safety and quality: Ensure everything meets the highest standards, taking care of people and products.

What requirements are we looking for?

Experience in injection (minimum 3–5 years).

Leadership experience: valued but not essential. We are looking for people with potential to lead, even if they have not held a formal role before.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (a plus).

Advanced proficiency in Office tools.
