Responsibilities

Join our DES Marketing team, the driving force behind promoting Keysight's industry-leading Design Engineering Software (DES) solutions. We empower engineers and innovators across high-performance communications, automotive, aerospace, and defense to accelerate product development through advanced electronic design automation (EDA) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools. Our team combines data-driven insights with creative strategies to amplify thought leadership, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable business impact in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

About the Internship
Embark on an enriching summer internship where you'll gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics and reporting. You'll work closely with our marketing team to transform raw data into actionable insights that inform campaigns, various marketing programs, and executive dashboards. This role is a 12-month internship.

Key Accountabilities
As a Data Analytics Intern, you will:

Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and campaign performance reports)Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize KPIs and trendsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and engagementSupport marketing programs by identifying target account trends and engagement metricsAssist in preparing executive-level reports summarizing marketing performance and pipeline impactEnsure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insightsQualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusBasic understanding of data analysis techniques and marketing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline contribution)Experience with Python or SQL for data manipulation is a plusExcellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly

Required:

Must be enrolled in an accredited college/universityStrong command of English (written and spoken)Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentVisa sponsorship is not available for this position
