Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Benefits Specialist role based in Sub-Cira. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs, including health and insurance plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and addressing employee benefit-related inquiries. Daily tasks include coordinating benefits administration, assisting with claims, overseeing FMLA processes, and maintaining employee records. The individual will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to employees regarding their benefits options and entitlements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Benefits Administration and familiarity with insurance policies and processes
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and experience applying its requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively explain benefits to employees and resolve inquiries
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications, such as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), are a plus
  • Proficiency with HR and benefits management tools and software is advantageous
