*Mission*
Your mission will be assist in the operation of the assigned area by performing administrative support and logistics control tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project director in all administrative and logistical tasks.
  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoices in the ERP system.
  • Handle personnel documentation (expenses, attendance, medical checks).
  • Maintain project files and inventory records.
  • Receive, inspect, and deliver materials.
  • Oversee warehouse operations and proper storage.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Administrative professional training
  • LRP course of 20 or 60 hours with certificate
  • Knowledge of Excel
