Buscamos un/a
Sales & Account Specialist
que quiera formar parte de esta misión: alguien con experiencia en ventas y gestión de cuentas, mentalidad tecnológica, y una clara orientación al cliente para ayudarnos a seguir impulsando el crecimiento de nuestros clientes y de la compañía.
Responsabilidades
- Abrir y gestionar nuevas cuentas dentro del sector hotelero.
- Personalizar y configurar las cuentas para asegurar una correcta integración de la plataforma.
- Comprender a fondo el producto para ofrecer soporte, asesoramiento y formación a los clientes.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y realizar
upgrades
a planes superiores. - Acompañar a los clientes para maximizar su utilización, conversión y satisfacción.
- Representar a BookinGuru en ferias y eventos del sector, con disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
- Colaborar internamente para mejorar procesos, funcionalidades y la experiencia global del cliente.
Requisitos
- Mínimo
3 años de experiencia en empresas tech
como Account Manager, Customer Success o rol similar. - Experiencia previa en
ventas
y en el sector
hospitality
o
hospitality tech
. - Dominio de español e inglés; se valoran otros idiomas.
- Perfil organizado, proactivo y orientado a resultados.
- Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
- Valorable experiencia o sensibilidad hacia el mundo
concierge
y
Guest Service

We are looking for a
Sales & Account Specialist
to join us on this mission - someone with experience in sales and account management, a strong technological mindset, and a customer-centric approach to help us continue driving growth for our clients and the company.
Responsibilities
- Open and manage new accounts within the hospitality sector.
- Customize and configure accounts to ensure smooth platform integration.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product to provide support, guidance, and training to clients.
- Identify improvement opportunities and perform upgrades to higher subscription plans.
- Support clients throughout their lifecycle to maximize usage, conversion, and satisfaction.
- Represent BookinGuru at industry events and trade shows, with occasional travel required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, features, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- At least
3 years of experience
in a tech company as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role. - Previous experience in
sales
and in the
hospitality or hospitality tech
industry. - Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven profile.
- Flexibility with working hours and occasional travel availability.
- Valuable: experience or affinity with
concierge
services and Guest Service.
