According to previous calls, the definitive resolution call is expected between May and July 2026, and the start date is foreseen between July and October 2026, pending official confirmation by AGAUR.
Position description
The selected candidate will join a well-established and internationally recognized research group in Maternal and Fetal Medicine and will contribute to drafting scientific protocols, grant applications, and reports; providing statistical analysis and methodological support in clinical studies; coordinating regulatory, ethical, and logistical aspects of clinical research; and actively participating in ongoing and new clinical and translational research projects. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative research environment with opportunities for scientific leadership and career consolidation.
Candidate profile
Applicants must meet the Beatriu de Pinós 2025 eligibility criteria:
- The PhD must have been obtained between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2023.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of postdoctoral experience outside Spain at the time of incorporation
- and must not have resided or worked in Spain for more than 12 months during the 3 years prior to the application deadline.
All candidates must have a background in Biology, Biomedicine, Medicine, Biochemistry, Human Biology, or related fields, together with a strong interest in clinical and translational research, solid skills in scientific writing, research coordination, and statistics, and excellent command of English.
Knowledge of Spanish and/or Catalan is an asset but not mandatory at entry.
Conditions according to the Beatriu de Pinós 2025 Fellowship
A 3-year full-time contract including end-of-contract compensation. Funding is provided by AGAUR – Generalitat de Catalunya.
The fellowship offers a minimum gross annual salary of €37,392, an additional research allowance of €12,000 for the full 3-year period.
