Are you passionate about quality and precision in software delivery? Join a Functional Testing team at one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal and play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and user-ready digital solutions.
Main Responsabilities
- Conducting onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Coordination of training activities
- Planning, preparation, execution, and moderation of meetings
- Creation of project and time plans
- Preparation of project milestone overviews
- Support with procurement tasks
- Maintenance of project documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Creation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
- Support in communication between project members
Qualifications
Your Skills:
- Knowledge and extensive practical experience in project management office
- Practical experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Strong MS Office skills (including MS Project)
- Strong team skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, also in an international context
- Knowledge in banking/payment systems
Must have
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT or economics, finance
- Experience: 3+ years in Software Testing (project management activities are also valid)
Appreciated
First professional experience in the field of project management
