We're looking for an
HR Intern
to join our
Talent Attraction team
in
Bilbao
, working in a
hybrid format
.

What You'll Do:

Support recruitment processes for tech profiles, from job postings to interview coordination.

Contribute to the implementation and improvement of talent management policies (onboarding, development, engagement).

Collaborate with international teams on employer branding and culture initiatives.

Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.

Help drive diversity, equity, and inclusion projects.

What We're Looking For:

Final-year student or enrolled in a Master's program in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

High level of English (minimum B2) to work with international teams.

Interest in the tech sector and motivation to learn about IT profiles.

Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to sign an internship agreement with an educational institution.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms.

Interest in agile methodologies and digital culture.

Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment.
