Misión del puesto
La misión del rol de IT Transformation & Operations Manager es liderar la transformación tecnológica y operativa de los sistemas críticos en España, alineando la estrategia local con los estándares globales del grupo. El puesto se basa en Madrid y sigue un modelo híbrido, con hasta cinco días de teletrabajo al mes.
Descripción de las responsabilidades
- Traducir la estrategia tecnológica global en planes locales para las operaciones del área técnica.
- Coordinar con equipos internacionales para definir e implementar la hoja de ruta digital, incluyendo automatización e integración de sistemas.
- Liderar la gestión operativa de infraestructuras y aplicaciones clave, garantizando disponibilidad del servicio y cumplimiento de KPIs.
- Supervisar procesos de mantenimiento, monitorización e incidencias junto a los equipos internos y externos.
- Impulsar iniciativas de mejora de procesos, automatización y eficiencia operativa.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en materia de datos y sistemas.
- Gestionar a dos perfiles junior y colaborar con proveedores tecnológicos externos en proyectos estratégicos.
- Colaborar con equipos de otros países en proyectos regionales.
Must haves
- Más de 4 años de experiencia en gestión de operaciones IT o administración de sistemas en entornos regulados.
- Experiencia en implementación de estrategias tecnológicas y gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento de herramientas ITSM, analítica de rendimiento y procesos de mejora continua.
- Nivel alto de inglés y español.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, incluso sin experiencia previa en gestión directa de equipos.
- Mentalidad resolutiva, proactiva y adaptable al cambio.
Nice to have
- Experiencia previa en entornos sanitarios.
- Familiaridad con soluciones como RIS, LIS, PACS o software de automatización de flujos clínicos.
- Conocimiento de normativas de calidad ISO y ciberseguridad.
- Participación en proyectos de transformación digital con múltiples stakeholders.
- Experiencia en la gestión de proveedores de tecnología.
