We're seeking a talented and experienced
Consumer Finance Specialist
in our finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage consumer finance operations across multiple geographies (UK, US, Spain, Portugal), including partnerships with providers.
  • Monitor and control payment flows from different platforms.
  • Act as primary contact for POS systems and providers — ensuring devices are managed and payment issues resolved.
  • Maintain oversight of revenue cycle activities in the US, including payment posting, insurance revenue tracking, and collaboration with the US team.
  • Ensure proper chargeback management and refund tracking, working with Factoring provider's data, Superset dashboards, and monthly reconciliation files.
  • Coordinate with the Data and Accounting teams to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Manage compliance obligations and reporting, ensuring internal controls are in place to maintain licensing and resolve complaints.
  • Track Risky factorings providers chargebacks, ensuring payments are executed on time.
  • Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to address complaint resolution.
  • Support consumer finance contract compliance, ensuring refunds and repayments are processed on time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial control, payment operations, or consumer finance, preferably in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
