Key Responsibilities

Buscamos a
un/a contable
que formará parte del equipo en Artea o Barcelona y tendrá un papel clave en la gestión contable y en el desarrollo de los procesos financieros de la empresa. Una persona autónoma, rigurosa y con iniciativa para llevar la contabilidad diaria de las diferentes sociedades del grupo y participar activamente en la mejora continua de los procedimientos financieros.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar contabilidad de las diferentes sociedades del grupo, garantizando el correcto registro y clasificación de las operaciones.
  • Realizar las conciliaciones bancarias y de libro mayor, asegurando la exactitud de los saldos y la correcta imputación contable.
  • Controlar y registrar facturas de proveedores.
  • Gestionar la facturación a clientes en distintas sociedades del grupo.
  • Controlar el registro de activos fijos y registrar su amortización.
  • Preparar informes contables y financieros mensuales y participar en los cierres mensuales y anuales.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y contables en coordinación con asesores externos.
  • Colaborar en la preparación de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Proponer mejoras en los procesos contables y en el control interno.
  • Asegurar la integridad y actualización de los datos financieros en el sistema ERP.

Your talent and knowledge

  • Grado en contabilidad, finanzas, ADE o similar.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un puesto contable similar.
  • Sólido conocimiento de la normativa contable española y los principios de contabilidad financiera.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma autónoma, priorizando tareas y cumpliendo plazos. Atención al detalle y capacidad analítica.
  • Dominio de MS Office.
  • Experiencia previa con Netsuite (ERP) es una ventaja.
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Experiencia contable en empresas industriales es una ventaja.
