As our new Business Technical Expert, you will be part of a dynamic, highly skilled team that provides best-in-class global technical support—ensuring our innovative coatings meet market demands. This role is perfect for someone with a technical foundation who enjoys engaging with different functions, solving complex challenges, and making a real impact on business growth.

What will you do?

• Be the technical go-to expert – Advise and support teams across Sales, Product Management, and Technical Services on technical matters, working closely with R&D to find the best solutions.
• Manage technical data & specifications – Oversee and optimize our specifications and ensure data integrity across systems in collaboration with Digital and Commercial Excellence teams.
• Drive technical excellence – Improve technical documentation, create new materials, and train R&D teams on updated processes and workflows.
• Work on a global scale – Collaborate with colleagues from around the world, bridging the gap between our customers and the innovative solutions we provide.

What makes you the right fit?

• A technical degree in Engineering or Chemistry
• Experience in the Marine coatings industry and FROSIO or NACE certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and a passion for helping others solve technical challenges.
• A structured approach with a problem-solving mindset and an eye for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams.
