Description
Responsibilities

• Act as SME and primary technical contact for the WPS-based customer matching application.
• Provide BAU support to ensure application stability and availability.
• Perform monthly production runs (approx. 10-day execution window per month).
• Consolidate, transform, and process large datasets using WPS.
• Execute and monitor batch jobs and data pipelines.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data, performance, and technical issues.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout processing cycles.
• Support operational processes and ensure successful end-to-end execution of monthly runs.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of World Programming System (WPS)
• Solid understanding of data processing, data consolidation, and batch workflows.
• Experience working in production / BAU support environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and data-related issues independently.
• Understanding of DevOps or operational support principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.

Specific Expertise

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining WPS-based applications.
• Expertise in combining and transforming data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting time-critical monthly or periodic production runs.
• Ability to manage operational pressure during fixed delivery windows.
• Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert for a business-critical application.
• Familiarity with customer data matching or similar data-driven systems.
