We are looking for a talented
Sales and Listings Agent
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication, strong time management and negotiation skills, with a drive to succeed. Bilingual in English and Spanish, any additional language is advantageous.

Tasks

As a Sales and listing agent, you'll conduct viewings on our properties to pre-qualified clients, answer any questions, and provide professional service with feedback given to the office and vendors on all viewings and any actions/offers. Additionally, you'll attend clients' properties offering your expertise in providing up-to-date market valuations for more listings.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and regulations.

  • Attend networking events and meetings to promote the company and its services.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Keep the new build developments up to date on our website, arranging new collaborations with non-existing developers.

  • Maintaining ongoing contact with our vendors, and scheduling activity reports/price revisions periodically.

  • Attend market appraisals/listings, ensuring accurate market valuations are given, paperwork and photos (camera provided) inputting creative descriptions of the listing and photos onto our back office system, erecting for sale boards / sold signs.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good time management and ability to prioritise workload.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • Able to work under pressure and work to targets set

  • Flexible availability.

  • Full clean driving license.

Benefits

This is a full-time, employed position with a 40-hour indefinite contract. Based from our beautiful head office in Dehesa de Campoamor. You'll receive a great salary, plus uncapped commission on sales. A company car for use during work hours, with petrol all paid for and a company phone. You'll already have a good knowledge of the Orihuela Costa.
