At PromoFarma by DocMorris, we're on a mission to reinvent the way people access health, wellness, and beauty products across Europe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Social Media & Brand Coordinator (Multimarket) to elevate our brand presence across Spain, France, and Portugal.

This is a high-impact role for a creative strategist who enjoys being both the architect and the builder. Someone capable of developing an inspiring long-term social vision while actively creating engaging content, experimenting with new formats, and fostering meaningful conversations.

What you will do

As our Social Media & Influencer leader, you will play a central role in shaping how millions of users across Europe experience our brand.

Social Strategy & Activation

  • Lead the social media strategy for Spain, France, and Portugal, ensuring strong consistency with our brand identity, tone of voice, and business goals.

  • Design clear messaging frameworks and content pillars for each market and channel.

  • Set measurable goals per platform, balancing brand awareness, engagement, and commercial impact.

  • Stay ahead of social trends, cultural moments, emerging platforms, and AI-driven content opportunities.

Content Creation & Performance

  • Produce and oversee content (including video-first formats) that resonates with our audience and reflects market nuances.

  • Conduct monthly reporting with actionable insights, analysing performance data, platform updates, audience behaviour, and competitor activity.

  • Manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient and ROI-driven performance.

  • Run paid social activations and boost organic content to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.

Influencer Marketing

  • Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, including scouting, negotiations, partnerships, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Design, PR, and Campaign teams to ensure influencer and social efforts align with broader business priorities.

What you bring

  • Proven knowledge of paid social strategies and campaign creation, focused on driving engagement and website traffic.

  • Strong proficiency in Spanish (native level) and English (professional level). French and/or Portuguese is a plus.

  • Experience in e-commercebeautyhealth, or personal care is a plus.

  • 3+ years in social media roles, ideally with exposure to influencer campaigns and multichannel content strategies.

  • Ability to thrive in both strategic and hands-on tasks.

  • Comfort being on camera and creating video-led content when needed.

  • Strong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for innovation, trends, and AI tools.
