PPG is currently recruiting a
Transfer Pricing Specialist
who will report to the Global Transfer Pricing Director (based in the Netherlands). The Transfer Pricing Specialist will be part of a team of 25 tax professionals in EMEA (mainly located in The Netherlands (Uithoorn) and Czech Republic (Brno).

Key Responsibilities In This Role

• Transfer Pricing documentation: prepare Transfer Pricing documentation for PPG legal entities (in the EMEA region and also other regions) based on templates provided by the Global Transfer Pricing Director:
• Gather market information, activities of the entity, accounting figures, headcount information etc…
• Extract relevant financial information using various ERPs and financial systems;
• Prepare financial appendices to Transfer Pricing documentation (i.e. lists of intercompany transactions, segmented P&Ls etc…);
• Transfer Pricing setting, monitoring and audit defense: provide support to the Global Transfer Pricing Director regarding the setting, monitoring and defense of PPG's transfer pricing policies;
• Initiate and sustain an excellent relationship with local finance, business units and other relevant stakeholders to ensure an efficient and effective cooperation.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

• A university degree in Economics, Tax or Accounting;
• At least 2 years of Transfer pricing / Tax experience with a consultancy firm or in an in-house function;
• Fluent English written and spoken (B2 level or higher);
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) will be an asset but is not required;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, pro-activeness, ability to work effectively and relatively independently, ability to timely flag and respond to potential issues arising;
• Ability to build and effectively manage relationship with other team members and stakeholders;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Readiness for occasional travels abroad.
