En Grupo Segura buscamos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Moldes para nuestra planta de estampación en Almussafes.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Diseñar, planificar e impulsar planes de mejora en matrices y utillajes, asegurando la fiabilidad de los equipos y la continuidad del proceso productivo. Todo ello, alineado con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, costes y plazos, y en estrecha colaboración con el área de producción.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Desarrollo y ajuste de elementos mecánicos complejos, mediciones de precisión y modificaciones en matrices mediante NX 12 (CAD/CAM).
- Verificación de piezas, conjuntos y cambios de matrices.
- Soporte técnico al área de Matricería.
- Análisis de causas raíz de rechazos y nocas en estampación, definiendo y ejecutando acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Liderazgo de mejoras en troqueles: análisis, evaluación técnica, ejecución y estimación de costes.
- Propuesta de acciones para reducir fallos del proceso de estampación derivados de la matricería.
- Participación en nuevos lanzamientos, asistiendo a Tool Design Reviews y aportando mejoras en el diseño de troqueles.
- Impulso de iniciativas que mejoren la eficiencia, fiabilidad y rentabilidad del área y de la planta.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Formación en Ingeniería Mecánica o CFGM en Mecanizado, Mecánica o similar.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en una posición similar.
- Experiencia liderando procesos de fabricación CAD/CAM con NX 12.
- Conocimientos sólidos en matricería, estampación y mecanizado.
