What we're looking for

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead Ailin's most strategic initiatives: from international partnerships to public tenders and innovation projects.

This is not a coordination role: it's about driving execution at scale, building structure in complexity, and connecting dots across teams, stakeholders, and countries. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our most ambitious projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with the impact they deserve.

You'll work closely with Product, Tech, and Operations, ensuring that every project aligns with Ailin's mission and pushes our growth further.

What you'll be doing

Plan, Execute, Lead, Deliver

• Plan and execute complex internal and client-facing projects: from strategic initiatives to international partnerships and public funding programs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations and Leadership to align goals, timelines and deliverables.
• Own project tracking: manage milestones, dependencies, and risks anticipating roadblocks before they happen.
• Drive structured communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
• Conduct post-project reviews: sharing insights and best practices to strengthen Ailin's project methodology.
• Support grant writing, public tenders, and innovation calls, working closely with leadership to position Ailin in international programs.
• Champion efficiency: streamline processes, improve project reporting, and standardize execution frameworks.

This role is for you if…

• You have 3–6 years of experience managing complex projects, ideally in tech, health-tech or innovation environments.
• You're fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus).
• You're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders: clients, partners and internal teams.
• You thrive in structured chaos: building systems where there were none and keeping momentum through ambiguity.
• You have a strong grasp of project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar) and methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, Prince2…).
• You're strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable drafting a Gantt chart or presenting a project roadmap to leadership.
• You bring rigor, accountability, and a high-performance mindset to everything you do.
